GW-MAX
System information
The GW-MAX system is an integrated tool dedicated to water supply companies and municipal enterprises. The system is used for settling the sale of water, sewage collection, garbage disposal, settlement of rents, housing associations and communal apartments. One of the elements of the system is the Notification Generator module.
List of functionalities:
The system allows notifying customers, among others
- invoice issued;
- the upcoming invoice payment date;
- unpaid invoices;
- no water meter reading within the specified period;
- planned interruptions in water supply;
- the planned date of the collector's visit, etc.
The system initiates notifications automatically or on request.
